What is the deposit?
A deposit of ($200-$500) is required a the time of booking to hold a
reservation and also serves as a security deposit. It is fully
refundable if there is no damage and the home is left in as good or better
condition, as when taking possession. 
When is full payment due?
The total amount of the rent, in addition to the deposit, is required
30 days prior to arrival.

What do I need to bring?
You need to furnish bed linens (sheets and pillow cases), bath and
paper good. You are requested to clean the home and leave it as you
found it.

Can I pay to have linens and cleaning done.
Yes*, in certain circumstances, bed linens can be furnished and a
cleaning service can be arranged. *on
certain houses, linens are included.

What is the policy on the maximum number of occupants.
The maximum number allowed on our rental sheet is the number of
occupants allowed in the homes. The area is a mixture of
permanent residents and parking is limited. "PARTY HOUSES" WILL
NOT BE TOLERATED, and any violation will subject tenant to IMMEDIATE
EVICTION AND FORFEITURE OF MONIES PAID.

Are vehicles allows on the beach?
Oceano is the access route to the Oceano Dunes Recreational Vehicle
Area, which is 2 miles south of the village. Licenses vehicles are
allowed on the beach, but are strictly regulated to an area about 100
yards from the homes, and a speed limit of 15 MPG is enforced by the state
ranges. The area in front of the homes is a public state beach. For

Can I see a home before I rent it.

We welcome prior inspection of the homes and if not occupied you may
look inside. During the summer, most of the homes may be inspected
on Saturdays between 11:00am and 2:00pm by appointment. The
home are not rented "on approval" and there will be no
substitutions or refunds. Photos and virtual tours of the Oceano

Are all the utilities on in my vacation home when I arrive?
Yes the utilities are on when you arrive. For rentals of one month or longer, you may be asked to assume the cost of some utilities, such as gas or electricity. Telephones are provided in most units and local calls are usually free. You will need a calling card or a credit card to make long-distance calls.
Standard cable TV service is included.
